Zoe Saldana continues to make surprising style choices on the red carpet, and the 82nd Annual Academy Awards held on Sunday night was no exception! Interestingly, she has yet to favour one particular designer, which makes her style choices difficult to predict. Taylor Swift has been very busy lately - in between collecting all those music awards, she has been making some pretty fabulous red carpet appearances. Just last month, Alexa Chung was spotted at Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2010, attending the coveted Chanel show, and of course she was wearing Chanel. Spring 2010 Handbag Trends: Snakeskin, python & other reptiles

Reptiles & amphibians were very noticeable on the Spring/Summer 2010 runway - the most notable collection from Alexander McQueen. "Plato's Atlantis" was a dreamy underwater world of glorious colour with fish scale and psychedelic python prints.

And now one of the most luxurious handbag trends this season is snakeskin & python effects - you can find quite the selection of eye-catching colour, as well as subtle nude & neutral shades (which remains the biggest trend of the new season). The largest selection of python & snakeskin comes from Jimmy Choo - the iconic brand updated signature handbags in dazzling python.. both the Odette and Saba are available in new reptile embossed prints.

Spring 2010 Fashion Trends: Tribal Chic & New Animal Prints

The concept of Tribal Chic extends from slashed effects (like Sienna Miller shown here in Balmain Spring/Summer 2010) to the jungle effect in general. And while jungle prints never really go out of style, they certainly do get an update every season. Spring 2010 is no exception - your basic cats like leopard & zebra are definitely still trendy, but we have taken it to a whole new level of tribal chic. And this is one of those trends that can infiltrate every aspect of your wardrobe - office attire, casual weekends, sophisticated dinners, or even just a fun night out.

Fans of leopard print don't have to worry, as it still does come in its usual colours (shapes are just more minimal & streamlined, like this Love Moschino pencil dress below), and while we saw an infusion of blue & pink leopard last season, this trend continues with even MORE multi-coloured leopard print. Bold colour combinations, as well as pale pastel animal prints. You also have the rest of the jungle at your disposal.. animal prints include zebra, giraffe, cheetah, in as many combinations as you like.
