Fall 2012 Fashion Trends: Navy blue - the new wardrobe staple!

With Fall 2012 right around the corner, it's time to take a look at another key colour trend for the new season. And get ready to mix and match this with everything!



To sum it up - navy is the new black (unless you're wearing black, which is still the same black from previous seasons!)... and while you will see baroque and luxe styles next season, this early look at navy is more minimalist and elegant. Sharp dresses with a kicky peplum, soft knitwear, some colour blocking, and even a fabulous assortment of navy pumps & sandals!

If you work in an office, navy is a colour that has probably been in your rotation before, but this season we go beyond the staples - those navy dress pants, or go-to blazers tha have been hanging in your closet for a while. This season, you should pair your navy with camel for a fresh new look, or even go a step further by mixing blue and black.
