Back in July, the DKNY Sun Soiree was held at Dream Downtown New York, and it prompted a piece here on ShoppingTheTrend that highlighted DKNY's latest collection - not only have we started to see more celebrity wear (especially that lips print jumpsuit seen on both Tulisa and Liv Tyler!), but Donna Karan has become an American Classic. Chic dresses that are versatile and affordable (for work and play), and handbags to sigh for. And since Olivia Palermo is fast becoming an American style icon, readers will be pleased to see that HER color block dress at the DKNY event has just arrived online.!

Olivia looked lovely at the Sun Soiree last month, wearing a very interesting sleeveless pleated dress in blocks of pink, orange, black and tan. The runway dress was a maxi, but the "real world" version is a terrific knee-length dress. You can now buy this online at Nordstrom & Harrods, and the price is right - as I write this, all sizes are available!
