Welcome to the Garden of Eden, courtesy of Brazilian designer Issa.. as bright colours and tropical flowers dominated this collection of flowing dresses in assortment of styles for Spring/Summer 2013. From kaftan-style draping to the simple fit and flare that captured the world (when William and Kate announced their engagement), Issa continues to focus on feminine pieces that are easy to wear, and translate very well from the runway to reality. A few dramatic plunging necklines reflect the Brazilian spirit, but for the more conservative among us, necklines were feminine & elegant (halterneck and v-neck).
It's too soon to start wearing lush tropical prints, but keep this trend in mind if you are planning a winter holiday - invest in bold and bright pieces that you can wear next spring. And for the upcoming holiday season, don't shy away from pinks and yellows.. and how about adding an orchid to your updo? A lovely added touch!
