Buy Danielle Lineker Roland Mouret dress @ Royal Ascot Day 1
It's that time of year, so put on your best fascinator and pull up a chair as we enjoy some fashion courtesy of Ascot! Speaking of fascinators - gasp! - they have been banned from the Royal Enclosure as part of the new dress code that went into effect this season. "A headpiece which has a base of 4 inches (10cm) or more in diameter is acceptable as an alternative to a hat".. so get your measuring tape out.And just in case, they have a team of trained dress code assistants at turnstiles.. at the ready with pashminas, waistcoats and ties (or anything else!). They have good intentions here, but you know some wacky and dodgy outfits will get through...
No such problem for Gary and Danielle Lineker.. she looked lovely in that signature Roland Mouret Annabelle dress we have seen many times before on the site. Daniele has herself the black and cream version which is available online at Net-A-Porter. I don't mind the pose, but the hat is a little too black-widowish for my taste. But this is a perfect label for the races - remember Katherine Jenkins in her Roland Mouret dress at Epsom Derby Festival to launch the Diamond Jubilee?
