Stella Tennant in Christopher Kane - Scottish Fashion Awards 2012
Spot: Stella Tennant was inducted into the Scottish Fashion Awards Hall of Fame last night, and it's quite fitting to see her wearing Christopher Kane to the event. He happened to be named Scottish Designer of the Year... well-planned indeed.Stella's career has spanned 20 years as an international model, and she still has one of the most most recognizable and striking looks of any model. When she was discovered in the early 90s, she had attitude and her own unique style, and quickly signed on as the new face of Chanel.. to this day, she is still a muse of Karl Lagerfeld (who congratulated her at the Awards Show by video!).
Her dress here is Christopher Kane, modified from his Fall/Winter 2012 collection... minimalist long-sleeved dress in black leather and a purple techno fabric, paired with fishnet and simple black pumps.
