Taking a step back, it's easy to get caught up in red carpet fashion, and for some celebs that means over-the-top sequins and gowns cut down to here, and slit up to there - but my favourite spots have always been affordable fun looks that just work. At the TV Choice Awards, Fiona was smooth and polished in the monochrome trend, wearing the Dafina pleated top by BCBGMAXAZRIA, tucked into AllSaints Leather Biker Pencil Skirt in (what else?) black. It's a high waisted skirt in luxe lambskin, with seamed details and zip pockets - this is a skirt for now, right through the the holidays, and will serve you well next season (leather for Spring 2013, yes indeed).
