Taylor Swift walked the red carpet at the 2010 American Music Awards in THE look of the night... mainly because of the surprising (and very fresh!) new hairstyle. Gone are the little wavy tendrils, say hello to sleek & straightened long locks, complete with razor sharp fringe. She looks like she could be Gwyneth Paltrow's little sister!
She also skipped her signature sparkling pale & pastel colours, opting to wear Aussie designer Collette Dinnigan, a dark metallic pyramid-studded dress that showed off those legs to perfection (the gunmetal Jimmy Choos also hekp!). If I didn't know she was a country singer, it would be easy to mistake her for a supermodel. Well done, Taylor..
Adding to the new look was a gracious acceptance speech for Favourite Country Music Artist. Such a lovely girl.
