The lovely Shakira, whose hips don't lie, was a featured guest at the 2011 NRJ Music Awards Show in Cannes - she was actually on hand to accept the award for International Female Artist of the Year. And she looked terrific in a black sparkling mini dress with ruffle hem from Alaia Fall/Winter 2010.
This is not the first time we have seen Shakira in Alaia - but you have to go all the way to October 2009 when she was promoting her (then) new album 'She Wolf'. My how things have changed for her. Did you know
