More from the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, and this is also the second time in as many days we have seen an ivory trouser suit! Rihanna was definitely one of the belles of the ball last night, she walked away with three Billboard Music Awards, which tied her with Lady Gaga, Usher & Taylor Swift, who also won three.
Rihanna's red carpet choices usually consist of couture - we have seen her in Elie Saab, Marchesa, Jean Paul Gaultier, Oscar de la Renta and most recently, Stella McCartney black lace dress at the 2011 Met Gala. But tonight, ahh yes, tonight, she completely won me over with her ivory suit by Max Azria. It was cool, calm, collected and fabulous!

I've become used to seeing Fergie in those Tron-type costumes worn by the Black Eyed Peas as of late (they change their image every once in a while, this last album has been all futuristic), but she looks great when she glams up off-stage.

Carrie Underwood brought down the house at the 2011 Academy of Country Music Awards, not so much for her fashon (which was great, by the way), but for her rockin' performance! She had a blast on stage with Steven Tyler - they sang one of her songs, 'Undo It', and of course HIS hit 'Walk This Way' (the Run DMC version). Carrie looked amazing in a little custom black & silver dress by Alice & Olivia & cowboy boots.

A big congratulations to Taylor Swift for just winning Entertainer of the Year at the 2011 Country Music Awards! A variety of events going on this weekend, and if you're a fan of both fashion and country music, you definitely want to know what she was wearing when she accepted her award..
Taylor looked absolutely gorgeous on the red carpet wearing a pale yellow gown by Elie Saab Haute Couture, from a couple of seasons ago - Spring/Summer 2010. Interesting to see the number of celebs who have recently gone back in time for their red carpet style. I like that as it confirms my belief that there are real gems out there currently on sale, and you don't always have to wait for the next season's runway.
