The show just kicked off, so it's too soon to talk about the performances, but already we have some early Rylan trash talk (there has to be one controversial contestant every season, have you noticed??). No doubt we can expect more clashes between Louis and Gary.

But fashion is why we're here, and I've never been one to "compare" the judges - they have totally different styles. Nicole looks fabulous in Alexander McQueen here - long sleeve pink rose jacquard dress with blouson sleeves and stunning pleated flared skirt (shame we can't see it while she is sitting down).
