Nicole Scherzinger in Maria Lucia Hohan teal dress @ X Factor Auditions - Newcastle

She started her new job yesterday at the auditions in Newcastle, and while I think Nicole is terrific, this whole process is making my head spin. Let's do a recap: Cheryl Cole was hired away from the UK show to be a judge on the The X Factor USA, when she was replaced by Nicole Scherzinger, who was hired to be a co-presenter with Steve Jones (who isn't coming back either) - Nicole & Paula Abdul were judges for one season, but neither of them were asked back for Season 2. Britney Spears and Demi Lovato were hired for the US show, and Nicole was THEN asked to be a judge on the UK version... taking Cheryl's job from 2 years ago. Whew.

Back to fashion, Nicole is a gorgeous girl and can wear anything well.. she chose Maria Lucia Hohan, a sheer teal asymmetric mini dress with pleats and one draped sleeve.
