Spot: Jordin Sparks hit the red carpet in a red dress by Alice & Olivia at the New York screening of 'Sparkle' held at the Tribeca Grand Hotel. This is her film with the late great Whitney Houston, and if you're a fan of Glee or Smash, put this on your must-see list! She plays a musical prodigy (Whitney's daughter) from an affluent Detroit area during the Motown era. I expect it will do well at the box office, it's been a while since we have had a movie that wasn't action, or animated, we were due for this type of film!
