She was on the show to promote the upcoming second season of 'Person of Interest', and I have to say this was one of my favourite new shows last year! It's an interesting concept, and the characters really grow on you.. Taraji plays the detective who (unofficially) works with John and Finch. She has done some TV in the past, but most of the work she is known for has been in film (remember when she was nominated for as Oscar as Queenie in 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button'..?). She was very charming on the show tonight, and has great chemistry with Jimmy! And I loved that statement updo..

She looked terrific on the show in her Alexander McQueen dress - and that textured & jacquard trend is really picking up steam now. It's a very wearable and stylish trend.. easy to wear as simple shapes work the best.
