Spot: Emma Stone in Lanvin at the 2012 Met Gala - celebrating the opening of Schiaparelli and Prada 'Impossible Conversations' at the Costume Institute, held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art New York City.Continuing a look at the colours on the red carpet at the 2012 Met Ball, a few of the best looks were in red.. and no one looked better than Emma Stone, who was young and fresh and very pretty in Lanvin.
She posed on the arm of Alber Elbaz himself, and what a fabulous dress! This is almost couture-like... bright red embroidered crystal flowers and matching hair pins. I'm guessing this was couture when you take a close-up look at the craftsmanship below. Emma's fashion star continues to rise, the paprazzi went crazy when she appeared on the red carpet!
Two more lovelies chose red for the red carpet - Hilary Swank looked long and lean, but rather curvy in a halter gown by Michael Kors - it was draped and wrapped in all the right places. And how about Milla Jovovich, looking like she stepped out of a flapper movie from the 1920s. She wore Marc Jacobs, who himself was wearing a black lace dress! Only in the fashion world...
