Spot: Georgina Chapman in Marchesa on April 30th. Georgina Chapman was out last night in New York, as she accompanied hubby Harvey Weinstein to the screening of 'The Intouchables' at The Paley Center for Media. And say what you will about Harvey's power in Hollywood, he has provided unbelievable support for important independent films that might never have received distribution. Following this screening, they headed to the French embassy for a reception in honour of Harvey, as he was awarded the Legion d'Honneur last month in Paris.

Covering Georgina is a snap, she usually (or pretty much always) wears Marchesa, her own label. She looks fabulous in all the dresses, but interestingly, she rarely wears the latest runway collection.. this embellished dress with sheer panels and interesting scalloped trim is from Fall/Winter 2011.
