Katy Perry at Paris Fashion Week in Vera Wang & Balmain - blue hair & french elegance!

Spot: Heading back to Paris for a moment - before Katy was a knockout in electric blue arriving at the Viktor & Rolf Autumn/Winter 2011 collection, she spent one day in two rather fabulous outfits.. one of the VERY major (and a dress we have seen on the site before, albeit modified).

She started her day looking super feminine and rather sophisticated in a light mint dress by Vera Wang - from the Spring/Summer 2012, the dress has a sheer skirt (for real, it's completely sheer!) and a laser cutout top. This is chic, but very daring.. and what else do you carry in Paris but the Hermes Birkin bag..?

She did a quick change later in the day, snapped arriving at 'La Maison du Caviar' for a spot of dinner, and what a change it was! No more sheer chiffon, she chose a very major embellished mini dress by Balmain. From Resort 2012, you may recognize this as a similar dress seen on Zoe Saldana, at the Miami screening of 'Columbiana'. Zoe added a skirt to the back of the dress, which didn't make sense, but as my style icon pointed out at the time, a mast-minute wardrobe malfunction could have prompted Zoe's modification.
