With the new site design, I've had fun revisiting the archives, and have been on a quest to see exactly what has arrived online from the red carpet! And who better to start with than Nicole Kidman? We see lots of her during Awards Show Season, she goes away for a little while.. to make movies, raise babies in Nashville... until she gets nominated, and we start the cycle all over again!

Between her nomination for 'Rabbit Hole' this year and hubby Keith Urban's presence at all the music awards shows, we had plenty of opportunities to enjoy her fashion. And one of my favourite looks on Nicole was the navy lace dress by Nina Ricci she wore to the 2011 Screen Actors Guild Awards. She looked gorgeous.. tall and willowy, an elegant updo, in a dress with lace accents and a dramatic lace back.

Well I knew this dress was popular, but had no idea it would sell out in less than a day over at Net-A-Porter!

Nicole Kidman was her usual stylish self this past awards season - between hubby Keith Urban's music awards show, and her own nomination for that dramatic role in 'Rabbit Hole', she seemed to be walking a red carpet almost every week!

What was surprising about this season was the variety of her looks.. she showed off a rather conservative style with demure tea length dresses, threw in some figure-hugging pencil skirts & dresses, and still had the ability to wow us
