Kylie Minogue in Stella McCartney gingham dress - The Q Awards 2012

It was a good year for British music, as evidenced by the winners - Blur won for Best live Act, Emeli Sande received the award for best solo artist, and Muse was named best act in the world. Speaking of Emeli Sande, did you see her perform 'Beneath Your Beautiful' with Labrinth on The X Factor..? It was definitely my X Factor weekend highlight.. in between the judges bickering about their acts (cheese, babybel, shamazing, etc), their performance was mesmerizing. Flawless vocals.

Back to the lovely Kylie, she gets a head start on spring trends here, wearing a cutout gingam illusion dress - modified from Stella McCartney's Spring/Summer 2013 collection.
