Spot: Atelier Versace brown strapless gown as seen on Angelina Jolie at the 2011 Cannes International Film Festival - Day 6 - 'The Tree of Life' PremiereMajor red carpet fashon here, from the 2011 Cannes International Film Festival, and if you were expecting to see another white dress, guess again! The Jolie-Pitt super couple arrived on the red carpet for the premiere of 'The Tree of Life', and it's another home run look for Angelina in a chocolate brown strapless ball gown! This is the first brown dress we have seen on the red carpet, and it amazes me how she always manages to do something completely different from everyone else on the red carpet.
The dress is Atelier Versace, custom made for her own self, and I love love love this look! She has channeled old school glam with the sweeping skirt, gathered at the side, with a peekaboo thigh-high split. The colour of her hair perfectly matches the dress, and as usual, the only accessory she needs is the handsome fella at her side.
Brad went for a sharp black tux, proving that brown and black can actually be worn together! Check out the photos below, and what do you think..?
