Spot: Brandy attended the 2012 Billboard Music Awards wearing Herve Leger, and there is something fun and retro about this look (love her 70s hair!). She posed for a couple of photos with brother Ray J on the red carpet, and later there appeared to be an issue with his seating, next to the Houston family. You might remember Ray J was involved with Whitney Houston, but the family released a statement today saying there was no problem at all. Something out of nothing, created by the press?

Brandy wore Herve Leger, a nude dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 runwway.. and I like these bandage dresses with new accents and hardware. Plunging neckline, with gold metal accents, and raw-edged fringe. I think she looks great here, natural and sassy (this is not the event for a princess gown!).
