Spot: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Burberry & Renee Zellweger in Emilio Pucci at the 2012 Met Gala - celebrating the opening of Schiaparelli and Prada 'Impossible Conversations' at the Costume Institute, held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art New York City.

If we had to pick one of the top trends at the 2012 Met Ball, it would be long sleeves.. it might be spring for the rest of us, but the red carpet was full of Fall/Winter 2012 runway fashion, and long sleeves were present & accounted for.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a spokesman for Burberry Body, and while she does look fabulous in any red carpet gown, her looks in Burberry have always been notable. And this is no exception - she looked fantastic in a long sleeve embellished gown with very subtle stripes and a statement bejeweled neckline. The classic updo and flawless makeup completes one of the best looks of the night!

And Renee Zellweger traded in her signature Carolina Herrera for Emilio Pucci - a long sleeve black gown with mesh sleeves and yoke from the Fall/Winter 2012 runway. She may get the award for best train of the night.. it was very lovely as you can see below..
