More fashion from the Trevor Project event in Los Angeles - no online shopping here.. but not for the reasons you might think - none of these dresses are current season (or next season's runway!). One recently sold out online, another is from the Spring/Summer 2008 runway and the last one is actually vintage!
Amber Heard continues to be the cool blonde of the moment, as she looked stunning in a cream lace-back gown by Alessandra Rich. A lovely modern shape with cap sleeves, lace back with draped panel, and simple crew neck. The dress was last seen online at Boutique 1 - but has sold out. Doesn't she remind you of Scarlett Johansson here?

Spot: Chanel white tweed suit-style ballgown and Stephane Rolland black couture gown as seen on Lady Gaga at the opening of Gaga's Workshop at Barneys & 39th International Emmy Awards in New York.
Lady Gaga had a fabulous day in New York, if this fashion is anything to go by!
She gave the American Music Awards a miss on Sunday night, but spent the day in NY at a couple of events. First. she attended the ribbon cutting ceremony to open her very own 'Gaga's Workshop' at Barneys, in a spectactular custom gown by Chanel. This is what happens when a Chanel tweed suite mates with a ballgown... it's wonderfully over the top, and she looks like she should be perched on a Christmas Tree!

Now this is what I call stunning.. and I think everyone will agree! Miranda Kerr once again shows every other celeb out there how it's done... yes, she IS a model, so she has that "know how to pose" advantage, but how can you not love this overall look?

Spot: Alexander McQueen & Tom Ford dresses as seen on Florence Welch & Natalia Vodianova at Harper Bazaar's Women of the Year Awards held at Claridges on November 7th.
What are the odds of this coincidence? Last night - on either side of the Atlantic - two major fashion magazines hosted their own "Women of the Year Awards".. let's hope they chose different women!
First up, Harper Bazaar's held their Women of the Year Awards at Claridges, and it definitely drew some notable big hitters in fashion. A very dapper and handsome Tom Ford made a rare appearance, to pick up the 'Man in a Woman's World' Award. With model Natalia Vodianova presenting the award, it's no surprise to see her one of those lush velvet dresses from his Fall/Winter 2011 collection (lush fabric, but rather teeny tiny laced up front strapless dress!).

Trend Spotted Twice: Roberto Cavalli backless multicolored print gown as seen on Steffi Graf at the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education's 16th Grand Slam for Children Benefit Concert.
This may be classified as 'fashion for a good cause' (translation: charity event), but my goodness, Steffi Graf hit a home run in this dress, she looks fantastic! And if it looks familiar, you have seen it before, on Miley Cyrus to be exact. Miley took a little heat for wearing this Roberto Cavalli gown to the MTV Video Music Awards, reviews were mixed, some thought it was too overwhelming a style for the MTV crowd.
