Lisa Kudrow, Emily Deschanel, Maya Rudolph & more black @ 2012 Creative Arts Emmys

Lisa Kudrow is back in the spotlight, with Emmy nominations for Short-format Live-action Entertainment Program for Web Therapy (which she won!), and Outstanding Reality Program for 'Who Do You Think You Are'.. and she looked terrific in Tadashi Shoji. Natural and elegant in a black gown with optical illusion mesh bodice.

Emily Deschanel is back on the red carpet, as 'Bones' is about to return for another season - and she wore a black dress with delicate mesh yoke. This was vintage, and I love her braided updo. Maya Rudolph looked terrific in Dolce & Gabbana black lace, Malin Akerman wore a (very!) plunging black gown - she tweeted about her new hairstyle, so I added it to our Short & Sassy section for a closer look! Martha Plimpton looked glam in Christian Siriano, and Padma Lakshmi was fabulous in a strapless va va voom black lace! Quite a nice assortment of black on the red carpet below..
