Prints on the 2012 Emmy Awards red carpet were few & far between, but both Julianna Margulies (in Giambattista Valli Couture) and Elisabeth Moss in Dolce & Gabbana are outstanding in green floral print dresses!Julianna is always a red carpet standout, choosing edgy and more fashion forward styles, and for this major event she was lucky enough to have an exclusive.. a designer all to herself. She scored a magnificent green floral strapless gown by Giambattista Valli Couture - from the Fall/Winter 2012 runway, this is a spectacular couture creation, a textured brocade fabric that is heavily embroidered with gold and other metallic threads. The straight strapless bodice gives it a modern look, and I love the sleek chignon.
Elisabeth Moss also chose green floral, her Dolce & Gabbana dress was sassy and fresh! With a ruffle-trim bodice, peplum, and high-low effect, she looks leggy and lean here.. and that pearl clutch is to sigh for! The wispy blonde hair gives her a new look.
We didn't see too many prints on the red carpet, which makes these even more noteworthy!
