Evan walked the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival on Day 3 - for the premiere of 'Mildred Pierce', and while I'm not complaining (at all!), I saw this HBO mini-series waaaay back in March. Not sure what's going on here with scheduling, but if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend. Kate Winslet & Evan were already in Venice to promote new projects, maybe that was the thinking (they play mother & daughter in Mildred Pierce).
For the premiere, Evan wore a black column dress by Alessandra Rich with striped nude & black lace body and slash neck. And if you saw Evan on the site the other day in that billowing white shirt dress, you will have also seen THIS very same dress on my list of picks from the designer! You can definitely buy this online over at Net-A-Porter and Boutique 1, and I'm thrilled to see Evan give this London-based Italian designer some red carpet coverage.
