Florence Welch & Nicki Minaj in Givenchy Haute Couture @ 2011 Grammy Awards Red Carpet

There were a couple of notable collections worn on the red carpet at the 2011 Grammy Awards, and Givenchy Haute Couture was one of them!Florence Welch performed as part of the opening tribute to Aretha Franklin, along with Christiana Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, Martina McBride and Yolanda Adams. For me, Florence was the standout, her effortless rendition of 'Think' was terrific!
She wore a twinkling beige Elie Saab dress for the performance, but on the red carpet, she chose a Givenchy Haute Couture white swan dress! Yes, very similar to the white sheer swan applique dress seen on Carine Roitfeld last week. Who knew we would see two of these in one week?
And another fav of mine, Nikki Minaj, wore head-to-toe leopard print Givenchy couture - this is not a new collection, it goes all the way back to Fall 2007. In fashion-speak, we would call that vintage! There's something so quirky and fun about her.. and it helps that she has a fantastic voice to back up the image.
