2010 MTV VMAs: Selena Gomez shimmers in silver Reem Acra dress - get the look

Reem Acra has certainly made her mark as a designer of choice for young Hollywood - Lea Michele, Vanessa Hudgens, and now we can add Selena Gomez to the list!

The MTV VMAs we held last night in Los Angeles, and the (as usual!) lovely Selena Gomez shimmered in a gorgeous silver strapless dress with bejewelled trim by Reem Acra. I don't know about you, but I find it very easy to forget she just turned 18 in July. And while I suspect a stylist helps out just a little for these major events, Selena actually does have a good nose for the business of fashion! Her

2010 MTV VMAs: Emma Stone & Rosario Dawson rock the leather dress trend - get the look


Check out the new hot redhead on the block! You might remember Emma Stone from her dynamite performance in The Paper Man (really good reviews) but it's her new film 'Easy A' that is getting ALL the buzz.. and if you haven't seen the clip of her singing Natasha Bedingfield's 'Pocketful of Sunshine', you have to take a look below!

She attended the 2010 MTV VMAs and her Pucci black leather dress looks amazing on the white carpet. And speaking of redheads at the event, the opening clip of Lindsay Lohan with Chelsea Handler was quite surprising (and funny!).

2010 MTV VMAs: Ciara in Givenchy Haute Couture sheer & feather dress on the red carpet


More fashion from the 2010 MTV VMAs, and Ciara made quite a red carpet statement..

She continues to sport some very major designer dresses - and while I know she became a muse of sorts for Givenchy, I never really understood just how that came to pass. It seemed she was seated in the front row at the Paris shows from one day to the next... and wearing all sorts of Givenchy on the red carpet!

And last night you can add another Givenchy outfit to her repertoire. This one is gorgeous.. all sheer and feathery. And she certainly wears it well..

2010 MTV VMAs: Katy Perry magical Marchesa black & white dress - tattoo effect bodice!


Spot: Katy Perry wore Marchesa black & white dress from Fall/Winter 2010 to The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre.

The MTV VMAs were held tonight in Los Angeles, and if I have to pick one signature look, it has to be Katy Perry in her spectacular dress by Marchesa. This is truly something.. and I can't see anyone else other than Katy being able to pull this look off with such style and elegance! The dress was from the Fall/Winter 2010 collection - the second time I've covered the collection today (Emma Roberts at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival).

Check out the fantastic gallery -  the dress has embroidered sequin tattoo-effect black swirl design on a nude bodice, paired with a flouncy white skirt. Katy
