If you ask me, it worked out perfectly that the 2010 Emmy Award show was held before Fashion Week as it provided us with some neat opportunities to buy red carpet dresses - and I just found another treat.

Check out the gorgeous Garcelle Beauvais - it looks like she is channeling her inner Diana Ross with a fabulous new 'do! We're so used to seeing her sleek and polished that I almost didn't recognize her.. she gets major props for this sassy styling, it looks great. She attended Entertainment Tonight's 2010 Emmy After Party, and it was an easy fashion spot as we have seen this dress before on the lovely Dania Ramirez.

She is wearing Catherine Malandrino's new season one-shoulder asymmetric maxi dress in a stunning shade of purple.
