We continue with celebrity fashion at the Toronto International Film Festival, and Madonna breezed into town to show "W.E.", her film about Wallis Simpson. I covered details of the film when it premiered at the Venice Film Festival, and Madonnna has been quick to say that the critics are reviewing her career, and not the film on its own merit. I actually want to see the movie, and judge for myself.

Freida Pinto looked pretty as a picture on the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival last night - she was attending the premiere of her new film 'Trishna'. This is a film set in contemporary India based on the Thomas Hardy novel 'Tess of the d’Urbervilles'. And if you know anything about poor Tess, get your tissues out...
She chose Valentino for the red carpet, which continues to be a top celeb choice this season (Olivia Palermo in Monaco, Keira Knightley in Venice). From Resort 2012, this is a minimalist pink & nude twinkling beaded dress that fit her like a glove, and sparkled in all the right places. Rose Byrne was on Letterman tonight, and how charming was the Aussie actress? She was on the show to promote the new season of 'Damages' - and while Dave may have given her a hard time for not being able to spell Indianapolis (don't forget he's from Indiana!), it was a very charming interview. She is so likable.
