Jennifer Garner in Oscar de la Renta on David Letterman & 'Arthur' New York premiere plus Helen Mirren in Lanvin!
Spot: Oscar de la Renta grey knit top & embellished skirt as seen on Jennifer Garner on 'The Late Show with David Letterman' and the New York premiere of 'Arthur' held at the Ziegfeld Theatre.Just catching up on some much-anticpiated films, the New York premiere of 'Arthur' was held at the Ziegfeld Theatre on Tuesday night, and it brought the lovely Jennifer Garner and Helen Mirren, both fashion notewothy in their own right. As for the film, it's a remake of a terrific little movie from 1981, and despite the major publicity, reviews haven't been great, ah well.
Jennifer wore a surprising ensemble to the premiere - a grey knit top with dark skirt with (seemingly) mirror embellishment. This is Oscar de la Renta, from his Pre-fall 2011 collection. On the runway the dress included a bright yellow belt, which I do wish Jen would have worn. However, I have to say these photos do not do her justice.. she wore this same outfit on The Late Show With David Letterman, and it looked quite nice. Soft and elegant.. not over the top... check out the clip below. She was VERY charming & funny..
And the Dame herself Helen Mirren wore Lanvin Resort 2011.. what a fabulous woman.. photos below!
