Spot: Miley Cyrus debuted a new look at the Billboard Music Awards, she was almost unrecognizable when she walked out on stage to present the Best New Artist to rapper Wiz Khalifa. Dressed in a white plunging double-breasted jacket, with nothing underneath (except a discreet gold body chain), she looked super leggy and very chic. It wasn't just a new toned and grown-up self, her new hairstyle was fantastic - ombre brown to blonde shoulder length cut with a center part, it had a real retro 60s vibe to it.
