Miley fans will be in heaven this week as she's been out & about promoting Hanna Montana: The Movie. She performed on Good Morning America, and I'm thrilled to have been the very first to report that she was wearing Anna Sui (hours after the show aired!). Although I confess to having a slight advantage - I already know & love the collection, so it was easy to identify on Miley! It's very wearable, and very stylish.She stayed with the same designer during the interview, Fall 2009 (not available for a few months, sorry!), and check out the clip below... for the dress as well as the Hoedown Throwdown dance!
