Spot: All eyes were on Miley Cyrus as she shocked on the red carpet of the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards in a very edgy new blonde hairstyle! As you know, she shaved off her hair (for charity), but I have to say I wasn't expecting this new look.. is this Pink or Miley?As for her fashion, she actually looked super lean and quite elegant in a plunging black gown by Emilio Pucci - from the Fall/Winter 2012 runway, with long sleeves and geometric mesh panels, this is quite an overall look. She paired the the dress with a gorgeous luxe silver & red box clutch and her jewelry matched her hair perfectly - if she was going for edgy, mission accomplished!
