Jessica Alba looked fantastic in Valentino at SELF Magazine's 5th Annual Women Doing Good Awards, and she was actually there to collect an award for doing good herself.Earlier this year, she launched The Honest Company, which specializes in eco-friendly baby products (non-toxic and chemical-free). She still dabbles in acting, of course, but we have come to know her more for her street chic and talk show appearances - usually to talk about The Honest Company!
Jessica is always - and I mean always - a fashion standout. Her choices are elegant and sophisticated, with flawless hair and makeup. And it seems like a very long time ago when the paparazzi used to complain she didn't smile.. she is always being snapped with a big smile on her face now!
For the SELF Doing Good Awards, she wore Valentino - an ensemble from the Fall/Winter 2012 runway. All black, but anything but basic - embellished mesh blouse with tie at the collar, paired with an equally embellished skirt sprinkled with crystals (different pattern). This looks like a combination of a couple of looks from the Fall/Winter 2012 runway - and to give you an idea just how major this outfit would be.. check out the similar dress from Neiman Marcus. Wow, is all I can say.. and Jessica sure did good here!
