I have to say Eva definitely gives back in spades, and while she looks absolutely gorgeous here (as usual!), she also gets two thumbs up for her 'Fashion for a Good Cause'.
Eva wore a strapless satin gown by Alberta Ferretti, straight from the Fall/Winter 2012 runway. With a cinched waist and the optical illusion provided by the vertical panels, she looks super curvy and va va voom. Her hair was pulled up in a high ponytail, and check out those dramatic eyes. Wow.
