We are this-close to the big Academy Awards, and Best Supporting Actress nominee Vera Farmiga has been making some notable red carpet appearances lately. It also seems her favourite designer of late is Marchesa - she wore a stunning white gown by Marchesa to the 2010 BAFTA Awards.She attended the 25th Film Independent Spirit Awards in Los Angeles last night, and while the big winner was Precious, Vera looked a treat in her ruby red dress from Marchesa Resort 2010 collection.
