Ahhhh, it's a Wimbledon fashion showdown just days before the big tourney starts (so can't wait) - check out another tennis star at The Roof Gardens last night for a Pre-Wimbledon Party. Jelena Jankovic is the #4 seed going into Wimbledon, so you can expect her to wear a major designer! You don't actually have to be a tennis star to wear Lanvin, but it's a fun point to make.

Speaking of Jelena, she is enjoyable to watch - a very tough player on the court, but a very gracious personality off the court (with a beaming smile after she finishes a match!).

Back to fashion, she chose a black tulle & gold dress by Lanvin for the party, and all I can say is wow. Gorgeous dress, you can actually buy this online at Browns (link below!).

And yes, Jelena had her dress shortened to a mini, nicely done!

It makes sense to combine these two celebs in one piece - while they weren't at the same event, they both wore Lanvin Spring 2010, which seems like the most popular celebrity collection of all time!

It's great to see Anne Hathaway out & about, she chose a black draped jumpsuit (Lanvin Spring 2010 of course) when she attended the 55th Annual Drama Desk Awards held at LaGuardia Concert Hall over the weekend. She went for the full Hollywood glam effect with wavy hair and dramatic make up. No one pulls off red lippy better.

And Janet Jackson showed off a sassy new 'do at the 'Why Did I Get Married Too?' special screening held at the Ritzy Cinema, Brixton. She looks lovely here... and as for Lanvin's latest collection, you can actually buy it  online! Click here for ALL Lanvin available online..

Jennifer Lopez returned to a dramatic look for the London Premiere of "The Back Up Plan" wearing a to-sigh-for one-shoulder puffy sleeve leather dress by Lanvin Spring/Summer 2010 collection. And what a look! The dress won me over - the sash combined with puffy effects make her waist look tiny, and the overall effect is a knockout.

The beehive hairstyle.. my first thought was "huh?". Then something occurred to me.. Jennifer Lopez is the master of creating "memorable looks"! By that I mean the whole picture - think about a celebrity wearing a dress you liked, can you remember the hairstyle? Maybe.. just maybe.

Now think of Jennifer this past week.. sassy pink & silver dress by Georges Chakra with tousled sex-kitten hair,  Bottega Veneta halter dress with sleek pontyail, Paule Ka demure white suit with chignon. And now a statement Lanvin dress with a statement beehive - a very memorable look! Photos below, and the oversized necklace is also Lanvin. Be still my beating heart, Lanvin has opened a new flagship store in London, and you can check out their wares spread over 3,800 sq feet and five floors (5, count 'em!). If you haven't perused the collection, you don't know what you're missing... fabrics are soft & light & absolutely stunning. Mount Street is still in Mayfair, but slightly off to the side (between Bond Street & Park Lane), which makes it a very appealing location for some recent luxury brand expansions (Rick Owens, Balenciaga, Christian Loubtouin).

If you're in London, check out the new store.. as for online availability, yes of course... I've put together some of my own picks (taking editorial liberties here!). The ballet flats are lovely, and VERY wearable for many seasons to come, the bags are tres chic, and the clothing to sigh for..
