This week has been all about Paris Fashion Week (who has been seen coming & going) plus some terrific Gossip Girl looks (filming in Paris this week!) - what a perfect way to cap off the coverage of celebrities attending Chanel Couture with highlights of the show itself!

The collection is a feast for eyes - where Spring/Summer 2010 couture was all about soft pastels & suiting (if Judy Jetson wore couture), this collection was bold and strong. While it might seem a little soon to think of your holiday wardrobe, your thoughts should be turning to bold jewel tones after browing this collection.

A few key highlight: the imperial gold and blue combination bodes very well for holiday 2010, the metallics are darker this season than last (golds are burnished instead of bright, coats will be sumptuous and elegant, and in direct contast to last season, not a white item was found in the collection (an absence of winter white).
