Rachel Bilson is one of those celebs who knows how to wear a statement handbag, and today is no exception. She was snapped out & about this weekend in SoHo carrying the most divine handbag from Jimmy Choo's new Spring/Summer 2009 collection.

Feast your eyes on the Kaja, an African-inspired handbag with printed pony & snake patchwork. It comes in a rich natural version (seen here with Rachel), and also a multi-coloured darker version with fuchsia accents & earth tones. I'm really loving the direction of Jimmy Choo handbags this season - while I've always been a fan of structured & sleek, there's something lasting about ethnic styles - they're not really identifiable by season or trend. Just a beautiful design with unique accents.
