It's no secret that Lindsay Lohan has been a fan of Alexander Wang for a while - she has been spotted out & about many a time in this young designer's hot collection. And while she didn't attend the Grammy Awards, that didn't stop her from attending the afterparty at the Hotel wearing his blue sequin dress (photo below, it's peeking through!).
