I do my best to bring readers something new & fresh they won't find anywhere else (Mary J. Blige AT&T commercial anyone?), and today I have one for you!Did you see Keira Knightley in The Duchess? It came out last winter, one of those terrific period pieces she was just made for - another historical film in which she looked stunning. Plus it was a really good movie.
For me, I have fond memories of the UK Premiere, which took place last September for a special reason. Keira looked absolutely beautiful in her runway haute couture dress by the young French coutourier Alexis Mabille - I covered the piece back then and gave her glowing reviews. Much to my surprise, the designer hisself had launched a blog under the Colette umbrella (fab designer store in Paris), and guess where he linked to show Keira in his gorgeous dress? That's right, your pal here at ShoppingTheTrend! I'm tickled pink to know that designers enjoy the coverage here too!
