Just after bringing you Jessica Alba's Miu Miu bag, I was asked about her sunnies, which actually look like oversized Ray Ban Wayfarers, but alas they are not! They are one of a fun collection of colourful plastic frames made by Super, an Italian company that goes by the name of Retro Super, and you CAN buy these online. Yes, I know you can buy them at Barneys, but they only ship within the continental USA, which doesn't help those outside of the US.

Here is a selection of online availability from Tobi - interestingly enough, I just mentioned them as a US store that sells PPQ (one of only a very few!), and they charge a flat fee for international shipping via UPS (3-5 days). If I see Super elsewhere, I'll post it here!
