Spot: Eva Longoria Parker wore Ralph & Russo to The Noble Gift Gala held at The Dorchester in London

Eva Longoria made a rather fabulous appearance this weekend in London, as she attended the Noble Gift Gala at The Dorchester. This was a fundraising red carpet event for the Make-A-Wish Foundation UK & Eva's Heroes, and she also picked up the Humanitarian Noble Gift Award.

She also dazzled in a custom bright red silk gown by London-based designer Ralph & Russo - the fishtail gown has draped shoulder, and daring low cut back (and is that a hint of tattoo we see, Eva??). The straps are gorgeous - thousands of twinkling Swarovski stones, check out the photo gallery below, she is looking very flawless.
