We profile this as it's all about unique splashes of colors, and non-traditional
looks. Metallic highlights..? Sure. Electric blue shadow..? Absolutely. Neon
anything..? Count us in..
Technocolor works here, but to get the look without the color, use a thin liquid
liner to play up your eyes & go a little heavy on the brows. Skin should
be matte, skip the shine as it will reflect the color a little too much. Lips
generally aren't overly strong, but if you like to play them up, keep the rest
of the face palette subtle.
