Reptiles & amphibians were very noticeable on the Spring/Summer 2010 runway - the most notable collection from Alexander McQueen. "Plato's Atlantis" was a dreamy underwater world of glorious colour with fish scale and psychedelic python prints.

And now one of the most luxurious handbag trends this season is snakeskin & python effects - you can find quite the selection of eye-catching colour, as well as subtle nude & neutral shades (which remains the biggest trend of the new season).
